Superintendent's Contract

Delegate Turner is going to try again to get his bill passed this legislative session. It seems logical that when the Board of Education says it is time for a superintendent to go that the BOE should have the authority to make it stick. It would be good to not have a repeat performance of the O'Rourke case in the future.
