Costly replacement for SMS

It will be very costly to replace the current computer system that helps to track the information required by the Federal No Child Left Behind mandate. Estimates are from $5 million to as high as $17 million. This is in addition to ongoing items like staff salaries and renovation costs that will also increase annually.
